News February 2004: Zetetic chooses independency

The past few months we have been approached on a regular basis by several manufacturers of knowledge management software solutions to become partner or vendor for their product. Zetetic has recently decided to retain it's independent position from any manufacturer or supplier. This strategic decision guarantees our customers with an independent advice in the process of selecting a software solution.

This decision is also of strategic importance for Zetetic, because we believe that knowledge management needs to be tailor made. Identifying the right objectives, recognizing the right bottlenecks and designing the organization and the processes are important steps that should precede thinking about a possible software solution.
